Demonstration of real-time hookups, video/text synchronization, new electronic transcript and exhibit transfer program, and an explanation of the way this technology can benefit legal assistants.
Lisa Migliore Black will also be speaking at the November 9th Lunch and Learn meeting. She is a certified reporter from Louisville, Kentucky. She is currently serving on NCRA Ethics First, a program designed to promote ethical gifting practices within the court reporting industry. She has taught ethics to court reporting students, published articles on the same subject, and continues to advocate for the change that is needed to make the court reporting industry's gift-giving practices congruent with attorneys', and their staff's gift-receiving obligations.
